Policies

Deposit & Booking

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit is non-refundable unless Jianna needs to reschedule or cancel the shoot. If the client cancels for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

Bookings made less than 72 hours before a photoshoot are considered last-minute and will incur a rush fee. This fee ensures I can rearrange my schedule and prepare adequately to deliver high-quality work on short notice.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. Every minute you are late reduces your session time and no extra time will be added to your session. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may be canceled at Jianna’s discretion and the deposit will not be refunded.

Photoshoot Type & Studio Sessions

If you're booking a studio photoshoot, a pre-session consultation with Jianna is required to discuss your vision and goals. Please note, custom studio designs may incur additional costs depending on complexity and required materials.

Website & Social Media Usage

By booking a session, you give permission for your photos to be shared on Jianna’s website and social media pages. Permission will be asked for before posting any photos featuring minors. If you prefer to keep your images private, please let Jianna know in advance.

Turnaround Time & Photo Delivery

Jianna aims to deliver edited photos within one week of your session. If delays arise, she will communicate updated timelines with you. If faster turnaround times are needed, please discuss with Jianna as there will be a fee.

Photos will be delivered via a shared Google Drive folder, so please provide your Gmail address. If you’d prefer to receive your images on a flash drive or as printed photos, additional charges will apply—please contact Jianna to arrange this.
